Merman, Dad. Merman!

I was looking at some of the old action figures and chose to do Merman. I never watched He-Man, so I had no reference for characterization. I hope this does him justice.

Harley Quinn-Up

I chose Harley Quinn this week, mostly because I know my wife likes her and because I got a lot of requests for her when we did the Batman week. Enjoy!

Gezora...The Magnificent

For my Tokyo piece I had originally started a Tetsuo from Akira drawing. Half way through I decided I didn't really like it, so I went the other obvious route; giant monsters. I let my wife pick a monster from a list of monsters that destroy Tokyo for a living and she chose Gezora. I don't know when I'll have a chance to get a decent scan of it, so here's a digital photograph.

TMNT Make up post

Here is my 80's black and white explosion make up submission. I wasn't around for enough of the 80's to have any real knowledge about the black and white explosion, but I do love the Ninja Turtles.

Trix the Rabbit

For my submission I chose Trix the Rabbit. 

I originally did a cartoony sketch. I didn't think this was enough "me." I did the darker watercolor after that.

Zombies

This was a fun topic for me. I did this from my hotel room in San Diego.
